Bloodbreeders: Living in Darkness
Not once in her life did farm girl
Renee Crocker, imagine she would encounter a world found only in the minds of
myth-seeking men. Although the things they sought were not always unheard of in
the 1930’s in other parts of the world, life was just too harsh in the small
Texas community, to pay mind to anything other than raising a healthy crop to
ensure the survival of one’s family. But late one evening during supper, a
stranger comes knocking on the door of the Crocker family farm house and is
invited inside.
It doesn’t take long for Renee to discover a great number of things that people in her neck of the woods couldn’t even contemplate. The dark of night takes on a whole new meaning, and the once vulnerable young country woman finds herself struggling to survive in a world that demands she live forever in darkness.

When I first began Bloodbreeders: Living in Darkness I really
didn't know what to expect. I sat down to read it and the first forty pages or
so I read at a normal pace, after that I could barely put it down. I even read
the darn thing while I was walking on my treadmill!
This book is about a farm girl named Renee Crocker who is
changed into a creature of the night by a stranger who visited their farm.
Renee, being recently changed is quite naive of their ways, but she is also
headstrong and brave.
This is not one of those books that you read when something
almost happens to someone and then they suddenly get away or they are all the
sudden saved before the bad thing happens. Believe me, bad things happen in
this book. There were so many times when I found myself cringing in expectation
even as I turned the pages anxiously.
Robin Renee Ray takes you on a journey with Renee Crocker and
makes you feel like you are right there with Renee. I really liked the
storyline and how her vampires are a bit different from your average that you
read about. In this book though, the word vampire isn't found anywhere. So I
will say creatures of the night.
However, as much as I enjoyed the story I was quite upset when I
got to the last page. It's freaking wide open for the next book. I mean there
is no way this book is a stand alone because there will be another one. There
has to be! When the next in the Bloodbreeders series comes out I will be one of
the first in line to see if Renee gets what she is after.

Robin Renee takes us on a dazzling journey through the growth of
the recently turned vampire Renee Crocker. Leading a sheltered life on a small
farm, Renee was unprepared for the beautiful stranger that showed up at her
parents house. It wasn't uncommon for people to stop by for a few days or even
stay on a whole season to work the fields. Her father never turned anyone away
and had a bunk house set up for travelers. But in her 26 years of life, no one
had ever stirred anything in her like Martin.
Dressed in a suit, unlike most of the travelers, he shows up one
night just as the family is sitting down for dinner. He politely declines the
invitation to dinner only wishing to rest for the night. Renee is sent to the
bunkhouse to bring him a plate and some blankets. She is hypnotized by his
presence and stutters nervously as she hands him the items with a blush
developing on her cheeks. Martin is enchanted and recalls what brought him here
in the first place. He has big plans for this small town beauty. Its just too
bad he can't tell her til after hes done.
This was a really great book. I was sucked into the plot just
from the prologue and couldn't wait to get started. And once I started the
book, I couldn't put it down! It takes you on an emotional roller coaster
ride..you laugh ..you cry..your heart breaks, then bleeds and finally starts
getting put back together again. Robin Renee does a great job of creating a
whole new world of vampires for readers to get lost in! Ann Rice fans need to
point their radar this way!
Bloodbreeders: The Revenge
Renee thought she had gone through
the worse nightmare that any being could possibly dream up; little did she know
that her adventure had just begun. Her intentions were to go back to Cuba and
fulfill a promise made to the two that helped her escape the unbelievable hell
that had become her life from the days of loving care back on the farm.
What she finds changes her destiny and places her path on one that was only found in the mind and tales of the ancient profits. Of course, the question remains, will she be able to fulfill the needs that have taken hold of what little heart she had left? Can the faith of a country girl with the help of those who would follow her into hell itself be enough, or will they find themselves in a situation that they cannot get out off

Another exciting adventure with Renee and her crew/family of
Bloodbreeders. This time it's revenge against her perverted captors in book 1
that fuels her passion. Renee knows how to get the job done. I'm looking
forward to more from the Bloodbreeders series.

If your looking for another vampire love story you have come to
the wrong books. These ARE NOT the fun, romantic, or happily ever after books
that everyone loves to read. They are about the horrible and demented side of
the vampire community. They are about human (vampire) trafficking, sex slaves,
torture to the sickest extent in the vampire world and Renee Crocker the girl
who decided to take it all down. Along the way she finds the family she needs
help her in her personal quest as well as fill the void of the one she left in
her old human life.
As soon as i started reading Living in Darkness i knew i
wouldn't be able to put it down. I felt so bad for Renee and everything she had
to endure that i just couldn't wait to get into The Revenge knowing by just the
name of the book that Renee would come back and set all wrongs in that part of
her world right not just for her but for everyone who has a ever suffered from
the same fate that she has.
Robin Renee Ray ROCKS!! I love what she has created in these books. Her characters are so wonderfully written you can't help falling in love with the heroes and truly hating the villains. I wanted to dive into the book and do something to help. lol I screamed at the book and cried right alongside Renee. It's a very dark story but also a very powerful story of bravery and survival. If you haven't already picked up your copies of the books you should they are amazing reads and you won't be disappointed.

Bloodbreeders: Seeking Others
~Now On Amazon In Ebook~
Many things had
come to pass long before their journey began, and they knew the time had come
to seek for others. The wicked ways of the Bloodbreeders had to be stopped even
if it meant they would breathe their last breath in the efforts to make that
happen. For centuries many had endured unspeakable acts and heinous torture at
the hands of those they were forced to call “Master”.
Renee was not one who
could sit by and watch it continue. Not if she could do something to bring this
madness down. Abducted not long after she was brought into this world of
darkness, she fortunately fared better than most and did not witness years of
abuse as the others had, and used that to her advantage. Now Renee had gathered
a small group who would follow her into hell itself to see the Bloodbreeder
world change and change for the good of all. Even if it meant they had to
travel the world killing the wicked to set the innocent free…no matter who may
die along the way.
BLOODBREEDERS: LIES BENEATH LONDON
~Now On Amazon In Ebook~
The time had finally come for Renee to face the one thing that she had searched for, even more, than those who met their demise at the end of her blade. What else will she find in the dark, dank, tunnels under the city of London, England? What lies beneath its depths other than the sinister occurrences of its long past?
Dealing with seeing her maker for the first time, Renee soon finds out that the evils of London are not the only thing causing her to question; not only the order of power in the city and their deeds… but, the ways of her beloved, Martin.
Most in the small bloodbreeder group know they have to use more mental strategy than their weapons if they are to gain control of the entire surrounding area, but others disagree. If any harms an innocent, let the punishment fit the crime. How many will pay with their dark lives for the unthinkable acts done in the secrecy of night?
Excerpt:
I knew the smell was getting thicker. It was a scent that my senses would never be rid of, but actually seeing the stacked up bodies, decaying one on top of another was a different story altogether. Each, in many different stages of decomposition, showed the length of time this area had been used for a human dumping ground. It was also all one needed to bend over and lose the contents that were boiling in a sea of eruptive acid.
I was cleaning my mouth with the back of my hand, desperately willing the next wave of nausea to pass by without turning the liquid left in my belly upside down again, when I noticed Jacob, the man of steel, heaving with his back turned to the room, having faced the gore of bodies dead on…no pun intended. He stood up, leaned on the wall, and then looked back, asking, “Who wants to go first?” It was that statement that churned the last stomach remains and I lost it right there, getting old blood on Gavin’s feet. He took in a deep breath of air, which was the wrong thing to do, and turned throwing up on the wall behind him.
“Is there no other way?” Tanda asked, holding the bottom of her shirt over the entire lower half of her face.
“If we want to go all the way back and let them see us coming through the front door,” Jacob replied, looking a little green around the gills. “I do not want to do this either, but it will make us more appealing to the ones we come across.”
“I plan on killing ‘em, not impressing them with how putrid I can get,” Sydney added, with us all nodding in agreement.
Cates growled out a guttural roar and charged into the unbelievably thick layers of blood, bone and flesh with the worse thing of all being the slime that was making its own lake of decaying body fluids that was several feet into where we now stood. There were sounds of sliding in the remains of others, the grinding of his huge legs breaking through soft tissue, and crunching bone ringing out, as Cates forced his massive form into and over the mound that was just as wide as it was thick.
“Climb my back, but do not use my head,” he spoke softly. “Sentries, about a hundred yards away, don’t think they’re breeders, but who could tell by the senses.” Then he glared back. “Will I be like this until I join the dead’s placement…move!”

BLOODBREEDERS: The Book of Martin
The world had changed for all... not just the creatures of the night, when the star's fell from the Heavens and destroyed the city where it had all began. He had searched its streets for ‘her’ bloodline…returning time and time again for many generations before looking into the eyes of the child that he would call son and all would come to know as, Martin (Marteen).
This is the tale of how the ancient ones... The Elders... claim that the bloodbreeder’s world came to be…..
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I will be heading to the place where it all began and the Bloodbreeders came to life, Burkett Texas to write book 5 very soon. I will be writing another swing book about one of the main characters, Jacob... he is one my favorites and has a very interesting story to tell. I truly thought the main books would end with 5 books but I believe the series will flow over into several more other than the swing books, and I look very forward to creating them.
Have a wonderful evening and Big Hugs,
Robin Renee Ray
