RELEASE!!! BLOODBREEDERS 3 Seeking Others

Woohoo....That's right my Bloodbreeder babies. Book 3 is up and ready for your reading pleasure....or haunting edge of your seat, nail biting.....what the hell is coming next...purdy good LONG read.

Many things had come to pass long before our journey began, and we knew the time had come to seek for others. The wicked ways of the Bloodbreeders had to be stopped even if it meant that we would breathe our last breath in our efforts to make that happen. For centuries many had endured unspeakable acts and heinous torture at the hands of those they were forced to call “Master”. I was not one who could sit by and watch it continue. Not if I could do something to bring this madness down. Abducted myself, not long after I was brought into this world of darkness, I fortunately fared better than most and did not witness years of abuse as the others had and used that to my advantage. Now I had gathered a small group who would follow me into hell itself to see the Bloodbreeder world change and change for the good of all. Even if it meant we had to travel the world killing the wicked to set the innocent free…no matter who may die along the way.

EXCERPT:

All the males went out to put Gilbert on the cross, who I now found to be as loopy as a backwards misfit, with a taste of perversion. Tammy and I stayed and started searching through his files, in a room we found on the first floor. Tammy found one file that dated his experiment all the way back to 1865, and the ledger was completely full of marks, which to me appeared to be the number of victims that went through his lab. This creature was nothing like us. On the contrary he was the worst of the lot, at least so far, I should say. Not only did he take life, he reanimated it. How I don’t know and I don’t care to find out. Even though I knew that I was also a form of the walking dead.

“Look at this, Renee. This file is on a girl. It says she had a decrease in the size of her eye teeth…her fangs. Think he’s full it?”

“I wish he wasn’t.”

“Want to be normal again?”

“No, it’s too late to go back now, but Johnny,” I paused. “I just can’t see him

being in a four year old body throughout his life span.”

“Then why take Gilbert’s life? He could be on to something.”

“You’re holding the files, Tammy. He’s sick and can’t be allowed to carry on with this sort of thing. He’s been using normals and getting them anywhere he can.”

“I know what you mean, but…”

“No buts about it…He dies!”

I left the room and started down the hall to go through another room in his home. I opened a door to a bedroom that looked normal enough, so I closed it and went to another. I found pretty much the same thing, nothing that was of any concern to us. I decided to go up stairs. There was the dim glow coming from the lights downstairs, casting shadows in every corner, and making me see things that weren’t there. I walked up to the first room and tried to turn the knob, but it was locked, so I went across the hall and tried that door, which opened as soon as I tried it. It was pitch black so I slowly opened the door just enough to peer in. Two gray hands that looked more like a skeleton reached out and grabbed my shirt. I screamed and pulled back bringing the thing out into the hall with me.

The light fell across what used to be a face, making me almost threw up. Slime was oozing out of its mouth as it moved, opening then closing as if trying to speak. The flesh was close to being completely rotted and hanging by shear will alone. Every sluggish step that it took made the flesh swing back and forth on his chin, causing me to panic. No eyes and yet the thing looked at me. I had my blade out in seconds and was trying to cut its hands off, but was losing the battle rapidly. I was getting backed into a wall, and it was gaining momentum at getting its bony fingers around my throat. I kicked out hitting it in the knee, but only caused myself to get pulled to the ground as it fell over.
I screamed with everything I had as it opened its mouth and bit down on my shoulder. Frantic, I felt for the blade that had been knocked from my hand when I hit the floor, but it was nowhere within my reach. I could feel the warmth of my blood running down behind the hair on my neck as the thing gnawed on my shoulder like a wild dog. I tried to roll from my side, but I was pinned under the things lower half. So I did the only thing that I could, I screamed again.

Do BAD Reviews TICK ME OFF???

I never once wrote a book or a short story with the thought in my mind: "The world is gonna LOVE this!" It would be more like: "My mom would never read this!"

It would be such a boring world if we all enjoyed the same things, had the same thoughts...could read several different genres and just wanna crawl in each book and hug the characters......Helllz NO You read most of my work and you without a doubt would not want to crawl into the pages. I know my own mother would give some of my work a bad review due to my graphic form of writing...but she would never be hurtful or use two or more paragraphs to get her point across about whatever reason she disliked the book. Well, she may tell me to my face. "That was just gross and I thought you said it was a love story!!!"

"A paranormal love story, Mom. You know...the not real kind of world."

Now the only books my mom will read are my children or contemporary romance, one that I wrote just for her...to prove I could...No sex, little violence....lots of humor and a true to life love story. She LOVED it...do I care if every review that I get on that book after that is a 1 star or a 5???? Not one little bit.

And the few bad reviews that I do have on my books.....should they take away from the many wonderful 5 and 4 star reviews that my readers have been kind enough to leave??? "HELL NO!!!"

You have to take the Bad with the Good....If you know your own momma isn't gonna like maybe 80 percent of your work....why on earth would anyone think that the whole world would enjoy, like or even be nice enough to NOT tell ya how bad they think you suck, your editor sucks, and how truly bad your story was..LOL Like a good friend told me. You have to have tough skin to be a writer...Unless you are like me and have a built-in grapefruit size huge pair of Hairy Money Balls....and I do when it comes to my work. I never have put words to page and created the wild tales that I do for the opinions of others. 6 years ago I couldn't even type my name, so I haven't busted that backside in this long career of mine to give two glances at those silly BAD reviews....however, I always do read them when they pop up and yep, I do have a good giggle with my peeps.

So NO they do not tick me off. As a matter of fact I have had sales go up due to really stupid reviews....Thanks bad reviewers for giving peeps a reason to give my work a look-see. ; )

Have a great day all and if you are a newbie and you have or do get a BAD review, let that baby roll off and keep going with that same love and drive that got you going in the first place. And always know...not all will enjoy what you create, not matter what you create. ; )
